Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

Orders ship the same day if received before 10am, or or orders received after 10am, the next business day.  Business days are Monday through Friday.

How will my order ship?

Orders ship via Fedex Ground.  Packages smaller than 12 inches in length may ship Fedex Ground or USPS.

When will my shipment arrive?

After your order is processed and your shipment prepared, you will receive a tracking number for Fedex shipments.  Most packages arrive within two business days after the order ships.  Depending on the distance you are from the warehouse in Golden Colorado, it may take an additional day or two to arrive.

Warranty Policy

Weehoo USA ships product only within the continental United States.  This warranty applies only to product sold within the continental United States.  For purchase outside the continental United States, review each individual country’s warranty policy.

Weehoo products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects.  Weehoo will replace any defective component or product for 1-year from the date of purchase.  Proof of purchase is required.

Return Policy

Weehoo trailers may be returned in new condition within 30-days of purchase.  You must return your purchase in the original carton and pay return shipping.  Proof of purchase is required.

Before returning a Weehoo trailer, please contact Weehoo for a return authorization number so that, once your return is received, Weehoo can process your refund.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to Weehoo. We understand that you provide information in the course of doing business with us. So that you understand how we operate to protect this information, the following is a description of our policies on collecting and protecting the personal information you provide to us.

Personal Information

Weehoo does not sell, lease or provide your “Personal Information” to third parties.  Weehoo does not store credit card information.  Weehoo only retains your name, email, phone number, and shipping address.

Your information

Weehoo will only use your stored, personal information for financial and tax purposes and for infrequently sending you offers with your consent.

Consent

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, we accept that you consent to our collecting your name, email, phone number and shipping address.

You may contact Weehoo at any time via email (info@rideweehoo.com) or phone (720-477-3700) to have your information removed from our system.  However, basic sales information is required for Weehoo to retain for 7-years, so that Weehoo can authenticate tax filings.

Payment

All payments are processed through AUTHORIZE.NET, Inc. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then AUTHORIZE.NET stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Policy changes

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.  If Weehoo is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to support you.
