Pre-arrival orders will receive special pricing and or accessories as described in each product listing. Customers who order pre-arrivals will receive regular updates on the delivery.
You may change or cancel your pre-arrival order at anytime without question. Your pre-arrival order pays for and guarantees your delivery before other orders.

Shipping Policy
How will my order ship?
Orders ship via Fedex Ground, UPS, or USPS. Orders may be fulfilled in multiple packages delivered from different warehouses.
When will my shipment arrive?
After your order is processed and your shipment prepared, you will receive a tracking number. Most packages arrive within three business days after the order ships. Depending on the distance you are from our warehouses, it may take an additional day or two to arrive.
Promotional free shipping.
When promotional free shipping is offered, this excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
Weehoo reserves the right to cancel orders
For certain shipping locations, Weehoo reserves the right to cancel orders based on the shipping quotation or other factors. Weehoo may also cancel orders, only in rare instances, when product is oversold and backorders cannot be serviced.
APO Addresses
We’re currently unable to ship to APO addresses. Please check with your closest international retailer using our country selector.
Usability
A note on usability
The child passenger must be able to communicate and cooperate with the towing rider. Children must be able to support and maintain their body in the upright position, have full muscle tone. As a good benchmark for suitability, we recommend that the child passenger should have the ability to board and un-board the trailer fastening their own harness, or the ability to learn to do so. Weehoo does not offer returns or refunds when the trailer is not suitable for a particular child’s needs.
Assembly Required
Weehoo bike trailers require some assembly, basic tools, and basic knowledge of a bicycle. Weehoo provides assistance through owners manuals, online videos, and pictures of the assembled product. In some instances, you personally may require assistance from a qualified bicycle mechanic or similarly skilled help. Weehoo is not responsible nor does Weehoo provide reimbursement for assembly services. Weehoo does not provide refunds or replacement parts due to forcing components together, cross threading components or other mistakes made during the assembly process.
Warranty Policy
Weehoo USA ships product only within the continental United States. This warranty applies only to product sold within the continental United States. For purchase outside the continental United States, review each individual country’s warranty policy.
Weehoo products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. Weehoo will replace any defective component or product for 1-year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
Return & Refund Policy and Cancelled Orders
Weehoo does not accept returns. Any unauthorized return or rejected delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee to cover the original free shipping, fulfillment charges, QC and reboxing fees. Weehoo does not provide return shipping labels.

Personal Information
Weehoo does not sell, lease or provide your “Personal Information” to third parties. Weehoo does not store credit card information. Weehoo only retains your name, email, phone number, and shipping address.

Weehoo will only use your stored, personal information for financial and tax purposes and for infrequently sending you offers with your consent.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, we accept that you consent to our collecting your name, email, phone number and shipping address.
You may contact Weehoo at any time via email (customercare@weehoogear.com) to have your information removed from our system. However, basic sales information is required for Weehoo to retain for 7-years, so that Weehoo can authenticate tax filings.
Payment
All payments are processed through STRIPE, Inc. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then STRIPE stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Policy changes
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If Weehoo is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to support you.
